Hotel and Event Bar Staff

We are recruiting bar staff to work in the hotel bar and at our events and weddings. Shifts will be mainly evenings and weekends depending on the needs of the business and availability.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
Experience preferred but not essential as full training will be given. You will however be a real people person with excellent customer care skills and work well as part of a team. You will be hard-working and have a 'can do' attitude.

Chef De Partie - Full Time

We currently have a vacancy for a strong CDP who has a minimum of five years' experience in catering. A passion and a clear knowledge of food preparation and cooking is essential. Also, the ability to train and motivate younger team members to enable them to progress. You will be capable of writing basic menus and updating the specials board. Food safety certificate Level 2 is required and an understanding of good practice is needed.

Lynford Hall is a Grade 2 listed mansion set in 27 acres of grounds in the heart of Thetford Forest. The hotel lends itself to a variety of uses. We are a popular venue for weddings and corporate events and are well established in the local area.

Head Chef

  • Serving food daily to residents & non-residents in the bar
