Under the direction of our Head Chef Karl Rose, the hotel's Duvernay
Restaurant enjoys an excellent reputation for its fine cuisine and
welcomes residents and non-residents alike.
 A beautiful and elegant room
on the ground floor of the hotel, furnished with crystal chandeliers and
original fireplaces.
The menu is both extensive and imaginative and makes use of local produce
where possible, with a wide range of traditional choices to suit every
taste. Advance booking is usually recommended.
 THE WELLINGTONIA
BAR
For a lighter choice, a range of snacks, bar
meals, ales, lagers and wines is available from The Wellingtonia Public
Bar each lunchtime and evening. Relax in traditional style alongside a
warming log fire.
Please be aware that in
order to provide the best possible experience for our guests, anyone
wishing to dine with us should book in advance to guarantee
availability.
LYNFORD TERRACE
Why not come and enjoy a relaxing Afternoon Tea on the Terrace or in the wonderful surroundings of the Mansion House. Enjoy scones with jam and cream or a Traditional Afternoon Tea with sandwiches including cucumber and salmon alongside delicious homemade cakes.
Afternoon Tea is available all day, every day and if you should wish to come and enjoy a Traditional Afternoon Tea then please be advised this is available between 12.00 – 3.00pm daily.
